What Is The Return/Exchange Policy?

Jewlz Express accepts returns/exchanges within 30 days of the date your item was delivered. If you would like to return/exchange any item(s), please contact customer support via email – support@jewlzexpress.com, or via our customer support chat line (number can be found at the bottom of all pages).

Please remember items must be in new condition, unworn. Items will be subject to inspection.

CUSTOMIZED JEWELLERY:

There are NO returns/exchanges on Jewlz Express’ Customized Pieces. This includes custom made pendants as these are made to order and once produced we cannot replace unless item arrives damaged.
