OUR WARRANTY POLICY

All products purchased from our website www.jewlzexpress.com come with a ONE YEAR (12 MONTHS) warranty. This excludes any product or products that are custom made as these are made to order and cannot be replaced and/or any items that are on clearance.

Your one year warranty will start on the date of your original purchase and will include a 30 day period where you may return your item for a full refund or exchange for ANY reason with no questions asked. During this 30 day period you will NOT have to present your warranty card. After the 30 day period, your warranty will be valid for the remaining 11 months.

Should you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage within 12 months of the original date of purchase, we will replace your item or items for FREE. (ONE TIME ONLY)

Examples of defects in craftsmanship are items that may be tarnished/fading away and/or broken. If your product falls under any of these categories then we will replace them for FREE. (ONE TIME ONLY)

Our warranty entitles you to ONE replacement only and does NOT entitle you to a full or partial refund after the 30 day period has passed.

YOU MUST present your warranty card with your defected item to be eligible for the one year warranty. We (Jewlz Express) reserve the right to refuse your warranty if you are unable to provide us with your warranty card after the 30 day period.

We (Jewlz Express) also have the right to refuse your warranty if we suspect that the damage to the product or products were forecful and/or intentional.

Jewlz Express is not responsible for any shipping fees or import taxes on returns/exchanges.

If you send a product back that is broken/damaged after the first 30 days that comes under our one year warranty you are liable to pay shipping fees or import taxes.
