How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?

ALL orders to UK addresses will take an average of 1-3 working days to arrive. This is excluding pieces that are made to order e.g. custom made pendants. Custom made pieces will take an average of 2-4 weeks to arrive (UK & International). ALL orders to international addresses (non-UK addresses) will take an average of 2-4 weeks to arrive.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notification via email. The email will contain the tracking number and shipping carrier for your order. You can track your item by pasting the tracking number into 17track.net

Is The Jewellery Real?

Yes. All our jewellery is made out of real .925 sterling silver, plated in 18K gold or silver. All of our products are thoroughly tested for quality and durability before, during and after production.

What Is The Return/Exchange Policy?

Jewlz Express accepts returns/exchanges within 14 days of the date your item was delivered. If you would like to return/exchange any item(s), please contact customer support via email – support@jewlzexpress.com, or via our customer support chat line (number can be found at the bottom of all pages).

Please remember items must be in new condition, unworn. Items will be subject to inspection.

CUSTOMIZED JEWELLERY:

There are NO returns/exchanges on Jewlz Express’ Customized Pieces. This includes custom made pendants as these are made to order and once produced we cannot replace unless item arrives damaged.

Jewellery should be kept dry. If your jewellery is not used frequently, keep it stored in a dust bag. If your climate is humid, place a small packet of desiccant crystals inside your storage area. Avoid storing the jewellery with rubber products. Always remove your jewellery when applying colognes, perfumes or other chemical products.

Chlorine, especially at elevated temperatures, can permanently damage or discolor your jewellery. Gently clean your jewellery with a soft polishing cloth. Be sure not to over-polish jewellery because it can damage the finish.

If you have a silver or gold plated piece of jewellery, make sure that it does not come into contact with water as this can tarnish the piece.
